Eduardo Alonso Linares Roca, founding partner of Linares & Linares, is a licensed lawyer in Panama and Peru, with more than 30 years of professional experience, graduated with honors from the Faculties of Law and Political Science of the San Martín de Porres University in Peru and from the University of Panama in Panama, with a Master's Degree in Corporate and Trade Law (Cum Laude) from the Catholic University “Santa María La Antigua” in Panama and a Diploma from the Integrated Management Thinking Program, Mini-MBA, at McGill Executive Institute in Montreal, Canada.

Throughout his professional career, Mr. Linares has been involved in various law areas and fields, mainly in Corporate, Trade, Labor, Maritime and Procedural Law, among others.

As manager, consultant and legal adviser, he has integrated and advised important corporations and entities, locally and internationally.

In the business and corporate field, he has directed and advised major companies in different fields and sectors of industry, such as mining, construction, energy, environment and agriculture, with operations throughout Latin America.

As Vice President, Director, General Manager, Legal Manager and Consultant of various international companies, he has interacted with the most important law firms, leading legal and procedural strategies, as well as decision-making that involved law aspects.

Ariana V. Linares is an attorney, a graduate with honors (Summa Cum Laude) of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Universidad Católica “Santa María La Antigua” in Panama and a lawyer from the University of San Martín de Porres in Peru. She holds a Master's degree (LL.M.) in International Business and Economic Law, obtained with honors from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C., United States, as well as a Certificate in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from the same university.

She is admitted to practice law in the Republics of Panama and Peru.

Her practice areas include Corporate and Commercial Law, Banking and Finance, Capital Markets and securities offerings, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and financing, with additional experience in commercial, civil, administrative, constitutional and corporate litigation, as well as arbitration. She is a member of the Georgetown International Arbitration Society.

Patricia Tovar is a licensed lawyer in Panama and Peru, involved in the corporate area, public contracting and real estate, with more than 30 years of experience, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the University of Panama in Panama and of the University of San Martín de Porres in Peru, with a Master's Degree in Business Administration with Emphasis in Business Management from Universidad Latina of Panama, and post-graduate studies at the ESAN University in Peru, Finance Specialization for Lawyers, as well as a Specialization Diploma in Collections by the ASBANC Association of Peru.

During her professional career, Mrs. Tovar has been involved in various law areas and fields, such as Corporate, Procedural, Insurance and Real Estate law, advising important companies in Panama and Peru.
