Eduardo Alonso Linares Roca is an attorney, consultant and senior executive with over 30 years of professional experience, a graduate of the Faculties of Law and Political Science of Universidad de San Martín de Porres in Peru and Universidad de Panamá in Panama, holding a Master's degree in Commercial Law from Universidad Católica "Santa María La Antigua" in Panama, and a diploma from the Integrated Management Thinking program, Mini MBA, of the McGill Executive Institute, McGill University, in Montreal, Canada.

In the business and corporate field, he has directed and advised major companies in different fields and sectors of industry, such as mining, construction, energy, environment and agriculture, with operations throughout Latin America.
